One of the best times i have ever had buying a vehicle. Noticed there was some squeking and stuttering in the brakes it was handled immediatly then i had an issue where my truck stalled the next day they took it into their shop and fixed both the brakes and electrical problem for FREE!!! They never hangled or tried to push me towards anything were extremely helpful and helped where its counts. Amazing company great people thank you Tim! Would buy from them a thousand times over.

I had been looking at junk all over tidewater for 3 weeks and was very frustrated. I called Tim at Auto City about 2 different vehicles the day before. I came in with the intention to buy a vehicle and Tim made it too easy, the price was fair and the customer service greatly exceeded all of my expectations. Very professional and transparent, I don\'t think everything including the paperwork took more than 45 minutes. The only thing cleaner and shinerer than my Lexus is their facility, impressive. Big dealer vehicles at small dealer prices.
The good: The lot had a good selection, the prices were good, the cars appear to be in good shape, the staff was helpful but not overbearing.
The bad: They do not negotiate much on prices but the prices are pretty good so its understandable.
The great: They seem like honest, Christian, down to earth people.
The ugly: I don\'t have enough money to buy more than one car today. I wish I could afford my wife a car and me a new truck.

I had a great experience at Auto City! I love my Honda pilot and the process of buying was super easy. Amber was able to get me financing in a timely manner and called me yesterday to tell me my metal plates were ready already! I am going to recommend Amber and Auto City to everyone
