Came into Autocity in a tight situation needing a reliable vehicle in a pinch. I was met by Tim the sales person and he set me up with a wonderful 2015 Honda CRV. My Wife and I visited your dealershipl on Wednesday July 31st and test drove your 2012 Lexus ES350. Our salesman was Tim Moore. We loved the auto and told Tim
we would be back Thursday to purchase the vehicle. On Thursday August 1st, we did indeed make the purchase . We are very impressed with Tim\'s knowledge of the vehicles, his courteous, professional manner and is a very fine young man.. He was very engaging with our conversation and explained all the paperwork and options for different warranties. He explained that his delearship (at no extra cost) could order our plates and registration from DMV. That is the route we chose. Tim texted us today Thursday, August 8th to let us know the plates and registration were in. We told him we could come in today. He was also able to find a 2nd key for us. While we were there they put our plates on and checked the tire pressure indicator and were able to fix it. We also enjoyed conversations with your other salesman, Don. Everyone in your dealership is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. We were also impressed with your clean lobby and some items on your boad over Tim\'s desk. . We will defintely recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to see your dealership first, Auto City. Ron and Jean Underwood

We found our car thru Facebook marketplace... Tim helped us...and we even hit a snag waiting for our ins money and Tim was patience and held that car for us...Tim was a big help..if looking for a good used car..go to Auto City and ask for Tim...he will not only help you but will work with you
